This study investigates the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the development and application of Islamic Sharia in the modern era. It analyzes how AI-driven tools can support scholars in interpreting primary sources, streamline jurisprudential research, and facilitate the dissemination of accurate religious knowledge. Furthermore, the research evaluates ethical considerations and safeguards to ensure AI implementations remain aligned with the moral and legal objectives of Sharia, preserving its authenticity while leveraging technological innovation.
