The author introduces the concept of a Youth Diplomacy Lab powered by AI simulations to give voice to youth perspectives and foster innovative negotiation strategies. This work calls for collaboration among young leaders, diplomats, and institutions to pilot, ethically audit, and train in AI-supported diplomacy. The goal is to expand what is possible in global peacebuilding for a rapidly changing world
