[Concept Sketch] The Riemann Zeta Function as a Temporal Signature in Pure Time Theory [Concept Sketch]
This article establishes a novel correspondence between the fractal structure of the Riemann zeta function and the temporal field T_relax at the heart of Pure Time Theory (PTT). We demonstrate that the zeta zeros correspond to temporal singularities in T_relax, and that the observed fractal dimension aligns with empirical galactic data. The apparent duality between the quantum (β ≈ 1.41) and cosmological (β ≈ 1.203) regimes is resolved through a scale-dependent damping mechanism. This unification reinforces PTT as a logically unique and physically consistent framework, connecting number theory, quantum decoherence, and cosmology under a single temporal architecture.
