Spin as a Geometric Phase - Non-Quantum Derivation
This work presents a non-quantum derivation of spin as a geometric phase in the Vacuum Energy Quanta Field (VEQF) framework. Spin is not postulated as an intrinsic quantum number, nor interpreted as a form of angular momentum, but emerges as a phase shift resulting from the elastic deformation of a coherent soliton structure in a dynamic, transactional lattice. The phase recovery at 4Pi is derived from a geometric resonance between radial and transverse oscillations, with a phase factor arising from the lattice scale and soliton footprint . This mechanism explains the 4Pi periodicity of spin-1/2 without invoking SU(2) symmetry. The electromagnetic interaction is derived as a projection of internal strain, with electric and magnetic components defined by divergence and curl of the displacement field, modulated by pulsation and torsion rates. The derivation relies on minimal assumptions: a continuous VEQ field, transactional time (1fs), and structural coherence governed by the Least Tension Principle. A Python script is provided to simulate the phase evolution and validate the recovery condition. If validated, this model resolves the origin of spin and electromagnetic emergence within a unified, non-quantum, lattice-based ontology.
