ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS' NUTRITION AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The article presents the results of a survey conducted among second-year students devoted to the analysis of opinions on the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle. The data obtained show that most students have a clear understanding of the main components of a healthy lifestyle, despite understanding the importance of individual characteristics of the principles of health care, priorities of adequate rest, physical activity and balanced nutrition. At the same time, according to various sources, more than half of the respondents cited the reasons for not following the principles of a healthy lifestyle in everyday activities, with the exception of personal hygiene. The results obtained should be taken into account when developing disciplinary programs that form general cultural competencies aimed at maintaining health.
