Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within seltmann/ParasiteTracker-Globi hash://md5/d6c598ca730104affaa3c1624fd79a3b
Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named seltmann/ParasiteTracker-Globi, has fingerprint hash://md5/d6c598ca730104affaa3c1624fd79a3b, is 322KiB in size and contains 187 interactions with 2 unique types of associations (e.g., eats) between 14 primary taxa (e.g., Calyptra eustrigata) and 30 associated taxa (e.g., Homo sapiens). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
