This article outlines the scientific and theoretical aspects of civil legal relations concerning settlement lands, which are one of the land fund categories (using the example of Central Asian countries). Additionally, new reforms in the field of legal relations regarding settlement lands in the construction of New Uzbekistan were scientifically analyzed and relevant proposals and recommendations were substantiated.
