Exploring Challenges to Technology Integration for Curriculum Implementation at the Secondary Level
The incorporation of technology into secondary curriculum implementation has become a crucial undertaking in the current educational landscape. Even with all of the potential advantages, teachers still face several obstacles when trying to effectively integrate technology into their lesson plans. This study aims to identify the complex interplay between contextual factors and technological integration strategies in secondary education settings using in-depth interviews and thematic analysis. In order to get insight into their viewpoints, experiences, and opinions surrounding difficulties with technology integration, the study will involve educators, administrators, and students. Through the use of qualitative data collection and analysis, this study aims to document detailed, rich narratives that shed light on the various obstacles that stand in the way of successful technological integration. The results of this study will deepen our awareness of the difficulties educators confront and offer helpful suggestions for overcoming these barriers. In the end, the goal of this research is to provide guidance for the creation of focused tactics and interventions that assist teachers in navigating the challenges of integrating technology into the classroom. The study recommended educators with continuous and all-encompassing training programs to improve their educational approaches and technology integration abilities, ensuring that teachers and students have equal access to technology resources, such as gadgets, internet connectivity, and pertinent software.
