H Framework Note 31: The Uncertainty of the Twin Universe
This note proposes a structural reinterpretation of quantum uncertainty as a manifestationof twin-universe symmetry. Rather than treating uncertainty as a measurementlimitation or probabilistic axiom, it is reframed as a necessary feature of a CPTsymmetriccosmos. The note argues that each quantum event reflects a structuralambiguity between mirrored temporal branches—one expanding forward, the otherbackward. Uncertainty is not randomness; it is the echo of a universe we cannot see.
