Physical Peace Theory
Introduction: The Physical Realm of Existence The human body is far more than flesh and blood; it is a complex and dynamic system composed of mechanical, electrical, chemical, and atomic interactions. Within this intricate system unfolds a constant interplay between peace and violence—not as mere metaphors but as real, measurable states. Physical Peace arises when the body’s myriad processes operate in harmony, fostering health, clarity, energy, and stability. Conversely, Physical Violence manifests as any disruption that breaks this balance—whether through injury, disease, trauma, or internal dysfunction. This article, framed within the Ownviewism School of Thought and its Ring of Peace model, explores how the physical body reflects broader patterns of peace and conflict. If violence begins at the cellular and atomic levels, then perhaps healing and peace must also originate there.
