Pre-Science_ The Collapse of Logic in Modern Inquiry
CODES Framework Description: This paper argues that what we call “science” today has structurally regressed into simulation—producing predictions without understanding, complexity without compression, and consensus without causality. From physics to psychology, modern fields often defend randomness as final and mistake performance for contact with reality. In its place, this work reconstructs the original function of science: lawful compression of reality through structure, mechanism, and recursive coherence. It introduces a deterministic framework grounded in the Phase Alignment Score (PAS), and formally explains how emergence arises from partition logic and symbolic recursion, not probabilistic randomness. Includes three structural appendices: Appendix A — PAS: The Emission Law Behind Coherence Appendix B — Partition Logic and the Leak from the Field Appendix C — Symbolic Recursion and the Map of Emergence Together, they form a post-stochastic substrate for lawful inference, cognition, and complexity.
