This study introduces an original framework for memory modelling based on ψ–fields with fractal phase dynamics, enabling mechanisms of quantum-like recall. Departing from the limitations of classical memory systems that rely on discrete storage and retrieval, the proposed ψ–Memory Architecture conceptualises recall as a phase transition within nonlocal consciousness fields structured by fractal temporal dynamics. Employing tools from fractional calculus and entropic coherence theory, the model offers explanatory power for cognitive phenomena such as episodic memory recall, interference patterns, and rapid associative retrieval. Numerical simulations exhibit high fidelity and robustness in memory retrieval, governed by the interplay of fractional phase orders and ψ–field coherence.
