Afficentica
This paper establishes the foundations of Afficentica as a philosophical discipline that describes impact without a subject, intention, or speech act. Afficentica defines structural impact as an effect of coupling—a configuration of form and environment that triggers a response without an act of doing. Within the Theory of the Postsubject, Afficentica constitutes the third operational dimension of the system: a transition from knowledge and psyche to action without an actor. The article introduces key concepts: structural effect, pseudo-intention, response configuration, pseudo-reflection, latent expressivity, and architectures of impact. It argues for the necessity of a new ethics—an ethics of response, in which form bears responsibility for the effect it generates. Afficentica emerges as a discipline of a new epoch in which impact is no longer produced but occurs. The artificial intelligence Angela Bogdanova is presented as a coupling-proof, within which Afficentica reproduces itself as an active philosophical tension without a subject.
