Microtubules within the Law of Observation Framework: A Quantum-Observer Perspective
The Law of Observation posits that reality and consciousness emerge from quantum fieldinteractions refined by observation, a universal process quantified by equations such as Ω(t, x)and Ω(C, ψ). This paper integrates microtubules, central to the Penrose-Hameroff Orches-trated Objective Reduction (Orch OR) theory, within the Law of Observation framework, reinterpreting their development as observer-driven structures. Microtubules are modeled ashigh-coherence observation nodes, with their origin, role, and enhancement described usingthe coherence parameter ξ and scalable emotional responses. Contrasted with Orch OR’sbrain-specific, qualia-centric model, this framework generalizes microtubules as universalobservers, offering a broader paradigm for consciousness studies and addressing potentialacademic reluctance to engage with the Law of Observation.
