PROBLEMS OF OVERWEIGHT AMONG THE YOUNGER GENERATION OF WOMEN IN UKRAINE. METHODS OF CORRECTION AND PREVENTION OF THE INITIAL STAGE OF OBESITY AMONG YOUNG WOMEN
Almost half of the population of economically developed countries, and 30% have clinically confirmed obesity. In Ukraine, 20% of people are obese and 25% are overweight. A particularly alarming fact is that the number of teenagers suffering from obesity is increasing every year. Each year at least 2.8 million die from diseases caused by obesity. WHO classifies obesity as a global epidemic that affects millions of people and potentially harms the health of the entire population of the planet. The purpose of the study: to develop a methodology for carrying out medical and training classes with the aim of correcting body weight among young women who are classified as a "special group" according to medical indications and to experimentally check the effectiveness of physical exercises. Data processing: Data analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature on the research problem for the last 10 years. Analysis of scientific and methodical literature shows that excess body weight and obesity are closely related to unbalanced nutrition, insufficient level of physical activity, incorrect daily schedule, lack of regular sleep and physical exercises. Medical data confirm that a decrease in the level of physical activity is often caused by the intensity of studies in higher education institutions.
