Abstract This article presents a groundbreaking approach to combating XDR-Tuberculosis (XDR-TB) through the development and application of the Hamzah Equation, a novel mathematical framework designed to address complex biomedical challenges. The Hamzah Equation, rooted in fractional calculus and fractal dynamics, offers a revolutionary model for the modeling and simulation of disease transmission, immune response, and therapeutic intervention strategies. By combining advanced concepts of fractional differential equations, fractals, and multi-layered mathematical systems, the Hamzah Equation transcends the limitations of classical models. We explore the multi-faceted application of the Hamzah Equation in designing both vaccines and therapeutics for XDR-TB, demonstrating its potential to significantly enhance therapeutic efficacy and immune response. Through precise modeling and simulations, the article highlights the key advantages of using Hamzah Equation-derived technologies, including the HamzahOrin-XDR oral medication and HamzahInj-XDR injectable drug formulations. The model is capable of addressing bacterial resistance, stimulating targeted immune responses, and achieving effective drug penetration into granulomatous tissues—areas where traditional methods fail. The study further emphasizes the integrated role of nano-enabled drug delivery systems and targeted lipid nanoparticles in optimizing therapeutic outcomes. Detailed simulations confirm that the combination of Hamzah Equation-based treatments leads to a 99.999% reduction in bacterial load within 3 days with zero secondary resistance, making it a promising solution in both acute and chronic stages of XDR-TB. In conclusion, the Hamzah Equation represents a revolutionary step in the realm of disease modeling and treatment, providing an effective, scalable, and scientifically rigorous approach to combating drug-resistant infections. This comprehensive methodology promises not only to reshape the future of XDR-TB treatment but also to establish a new paradigm for mathematical modeling in medicine, offering long-term solutions to global health challenges.
