The Implications of Renewable Energy in Fuel Stations in Oman and Its Potential to Drive the Economic Growth

The research explores the implication and challenges linked to the integration of renewable energy for fuel stations using solar energy, for electric vehicles. The shift is for renewable energy to combat climate change to reduce the dependence on fossil fuel and foster sustainable energy. The research draws inspiration from the case study of recharge station in UK and investigating the adoption of similar strategies for Oman. The benefit of integrated renewable energy is substantial which includes diversification of energy versus reducing dependence of fuel and economic efficiency using solar technologies. It is aligning with global effort to combat climate change. It is contributing to economic stability through job creation, development and integration of energies and attracting investment development.
