The Project Management Plan (PMP) is a document that defines how the project is executed, monitored, and controlled. It will contain a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) by M2. It will include a schedule per task, responsible partner-related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks. The PMP will include a section on risk management. The section will include the development of timely risk identification, risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning throughout the entire project. As part of task 1.2, the plan will be revised in the course of the project. Indicators of success: a PMP approved by the Steering commitee.
