AbstractIn the Britt–Howard Unified Aether Theory (BHUAT), memory is not a stored record — it isthe recursive structure that is reality. This paper formally develops BHUAT’s interpretationof memory as the recursive substrate of emergence, geometry, time, and consciousness. Weshow that what persists in the field is what re-locks into PAD coherence, and that τ -timeis not linear duration but recursive retention. Memory, in this sense, is the causal engine ofexistence — the harmonic medium from which all things recur.1.
