Quality integrity of personality in context of synergy of political-economic relations

The article characterizes the growth of economic dissipation as a consequence of the neoliberal vector of development. The authors develop a typical model characterizing the place of a critical subject in the context of synergy of political-economic relations. The article presents the concept of a binary personality (simultaneously as an individual and a member of society) as a factor of highly effective reflection of the growing political economy complexity. The article proposes a general scheme of self-organization of political economy relations based on the imperative of creative orientation of their development where the new bifurcation point is represented by the ideology of economic morality and solidarism, and the attractor appears a decent life of an individual. The authors reveal the necessity of forming a political economy model based on methodological socioindividualism. The authors prove the imperative of constitution of civilitarian property (the unity of its personal, private and common forms) as a socio-economic ontology of real freedom of the individual with a constantly realized necessity, which is to be found in new forms of dialectical interrelation of the market and the state. In this case, culture and ideology do not simply ‘matter’ but become ‘drivers’ of economic creativity.
