Organisational Behaviour Dynamics: Internal and External Determinants of Corporate Sustainability
This paper explores organisational behaviour as a critical factor in corporate success, resilience, and sustainability. It distinguishes between internal behaviours driven by leadership, employee motivation, training, and culture and external behaviours shaped by market competitiveness, government policy, resources, and technological change. Drawing on contemporary management theories, the study analyses how organisations adapt their behaviours in response to constraints and uncertainties. It concludes that achieving sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness requires a balanced integration of internal and external behavioural strategies.
