Employees are the most invaluable asset of every business globally, and the organization's success is contingent upon the efficacy of its employee’s performance. Currently, commercial banks in Jordan are experiencing significant growth, resulting in intensified rivalry among them. An empirical study of employee performance in the banking sector in Jordan has yet to be conducted. This study aims to identify the elements influencing employee’s performance in financial institutions in Jordan. This study focused on individuals employed in commercial banks in Jordan, with a final sample size of 60 participants. The sample size was adequate for quantitative regression analysis. The Central Bank distributed the questionnaire to workers' email addresses from prior research. SPSS software was employed to analyze the data gathered in this study for model and hypothesis testing. The regression analysis was completed accurately utilizing SPSS version 29.0. The research indicates that leadership style, human resource management, and perceived organizational support do not significantly affect employee performance in commercial banks in Jordan. Consequently, banking authorities must ascertain the determinants influencing bank employee performance enhancement and concentrate on initiatives that bolster staff productivity.
