REGULATION ON REPUTATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT
Reputational risk management is essential for minimizing potential losses, preserving, and enhancing the business reputation of commercial banks among customers, counterparties, shareholders, financial market participants, as well as public authorities and local governments. The goal of reputational risk management in commercial banks is achieved through a systematic and comprehensive approach, which includes the following tasks: obtaining timely and objective information on the state of reputational risk; identifying and analyzing reputational risk through media monitoring, service quality assessment, and analytical research; conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments (measurements) of reputational risk; and establishing a reputational risk management system.
