RepoScope: A Multi-Granularity Query-by-Example Framework for Github Repository Search

This repository contains the replication package for RepoScope. The package includes: reposcope_pipeline.ipynb: Contains the code and step-by-step procedures used in the RepoScope study, specifically implementing Repository Embedding and Retrieval and Clustering and Visualization steps of RepoScope. filtered_repos.zip: Includes all the repository metadata of Level 2. indexing.zip: Includes repository embeddings. query_set.txt: Includes the list of 146 query repository names query_set_keywords.json: Includes the kewords used with GitHub API for the query repositories search_results.zip: Includes the search results from baselines and RepoScope including ChatGPT labels. Requirements: The notebook includes a list of libraries that need to be installed for the code to run properly.
