Analyzing the Limitations of AI and Business Process Re-Engineering in Small Enterprise: Luxembourg as a Case Study

A descriptive review approach was employed to analyze and categorize 82 publications into three thematic categories, aiming to identify the challenges faced by small-scale enterprises and their corresponding strategic solutions. Additionally, a total sample size of 150 SMEs (50 per country) was considered. This gap highlights the need for more targeted research to understand how small businesses can effectively utilize AI for process reengineering.
