Self-Recharging Electromagnetic Battery System Technical Specification and Engineering Basis (Master Document)
This invention discloses a self-recharging battery system embedding a micro-rotationalgenerator within standard commercial cell formats. Mechanical rotational energy is con-verted via a compact NdFeB rotor and multi-turn coil into electrical energy, rectified, regulated, and stored in an internal LiFePO4 cell. The housing conforms to IEC dimen-sions (AAA, AA, C, D, etc.), incorporates IP67 sealing, and allows periodic maintenancethrough a threaded endcap. Applications span consumer electronics, IoT sensors, andremote instrumentation, offering 20+ years of service life and zero recurring charger de-pendency.English:This invention provides a self-recharging battery incorporating a miniature rotational elec-tromagnetic generator inside standard cell formats (cylindrical AAA, AA, C, D; 14500;18650; coin cells; prismatic pouches; supercapacitors). A Neodymium rotor spins withina precision coil, generating AC which is rectified by Schottky diodes, regulated by a syn-chronous buck/boost converter, and managed by a LiFePO4 BMS. The design featuresan IP67-rated modular housing, enabling maintenance every five years. The system sup-ports 1.5 V or 3.7 V outputs, delivers continuous current up to 2A, and ensures a 20-yearlifespan. Broad format adaptation and compliance with IEC, UL, ISO, RoHS/REACHare demonstrated.
