Outcomes reported in artificial intelligence studies in computed tomography: A scoping review protocol
This scoping review aims to map prospective clinical studies on artificial intelligence in CT, focusing on reported outcomes, study designs, and integration within the radiological workflow. Reported outcomes will be classified using a hierarchical model of efficacy to assess the clinical contribution of AI tools in CT imaging. The study is a part of a master’s degree in evidence-based practice in health sciences in Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. Following the initial submission of this protocol, an error was identified in one of the citations (van Leeuwen 2021 vs van Leeuwen 2022). The number of search results initially included in the protocol has been removed. To ensure accuracy and transparency, a revised version of the protocol has been uploaded, reflecting the corrected reference.
