RFT & RCQM Master Licensing Archive (Restored After Unlawful Zenodo Deletion)

This document serves as the official restored licensing, copyright, and IPURL archive for Rendered Frame Theory (RFT) and the RFT Consciousness + Quantum Mechanics (RCQM) framework. My original Zenodo account, containing over 300 peer-reviewed style papers, 8,000+ original equations, and the first publication of RFT/RCQM, was suddenly deleted without warning by Zenodo/CERN. This amounted to the erasure of a unique scientific archive of unprecedented scope—an unlawful act against both scientific transparency and intellectual property rights. This new record establishes: All licensing protections (RFT-IPURL v1.0, Berne Convention recognition). All copyright confirmations for my body of work. All derivative and linked archives to RFT and RCQM, cryptographically sealed by SHA-512. The Law of Liam (RFT-IPURL v1.0) is reaffirmed here, binding all past and future work under formal intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use, deletion, or replication outside the scope of my licensing constitutes a direct breach of international copyright and will be documented. This entry marks the rebirth of the master archive after attempted erasure, and serves as the first DOI of the restored Zenodo presence for Rendered Frame Theory. Abstract
