Improving Student Engagement with Technology Tools
Abstract The most effective educational uses of technology increase student involvement and engagement. Here, we go over the advantages and disadvantages of employing a range of technological tools for teaching, as well as how some of the difficulties were resolved. This article specifically explains how Bitstrips, Twitter, Kahoot, and infographics (Canva and Piktochart) were utilized in five distinct courses to increase student participation. Each has advantages and disadvantages. We'll highlight some of the difficulties that came with the selected tools, how they were resolved, lessened, or dealt with in some other way, and how well each tool worked to increase student participation and engagement.
