Implementasi Manajemen Risiko dalam Pengelolaan Explore Asian Food 2024

This study aims to identify and analyze various types of risks that emerged during the organization of Explore Asian Food 2024, an international culinary event involving multiple stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with event organizers, participants, and visitors, as well as internal event documentation. The findings reveal six major categories of risk that significantly influenced the event's success: Operational Risk, financial risk, legal risk, health and safety risk, reputational risk, and Environmental Risk. Each risk type had specific causes and varying impacts, ranging from technical disruptions to negative public perception. The study also proposes strategic mitigation measures to minimize potential disruptions in future events, including improved coordination across teams, flexible financial planning, the development of emergency standard operating procedures, and strengthened public communication. These findings are expected to serve as a practical reference for future event organizers in implementing holistic and adaptive risk management strategies.
