Towards a legal framework for Insurance for Artificial Intelligence-Related Damages

This paper explores the insurance against damages caused by artificial intelligence, as this research is of particular significance due to the self-learning of artificial intelligence applications, which leads to their independence. The importance of this topic increases in the absence of legislative intervention that addresses objective civil liability for damages caused by artificial intelligence, as it is now necessary to determine how to insure against damages resulting from artificial intelligence damages and compensate those harmed by them. The methodology involves using the descriptive-analytical approach. Toward this, this study proposes a legal system for objective civil liability and compensation for damage caused by artificial intelligence. It considers its practices in life by creating new rules, amendments, and changes to existing rules by presenting a new idea in the event of damage caused by artificial intelligence. The results demonstrate that it is difficult to apply the rules of traditional liability to damage resulting from artificial intelligence due to the difficulty of proving personal error on the part of the user of intelligence due to its independence.
