By redefining how systems self-organize across scales—from prime number distributions to cosmological structures to AI learning algorithms—CODES presents a falsifiable, predictive model of structured intelligence in nature. We introduce the concept of chirality-driven emergence, where systems naturally balance chaos and order through oscillatory intelligence fields. This model provides a novel resolution to contradictions in physics (general relativity vs. quantum mechanics), AI (optimization bottlenecks), and natural intelligence (self-organizing biological structures).
