Quantum Foam Universe within a Black Hole: Advancing the KUTE-DCEOS Framework with M87* Insights (Sequel)

This sequel to the published work advances the Kaundinya’s United Theory of Everything(KUTE) with the DCEOS framework, a proprietary framework not intended for publication, reinforcing that our observable universe is a quantum foam phase within a supermassive blackhole, modeled by M87*. The framework enhances quantum gravity resolution through refinednested radical dynamics, 14 mediator matrices, quantized tensor networks, and updated falsifiable predictions for M87*’s shadow, jet precession, Fe-Kα broadening, and ∆L = 2 neutrinos.Observational validations include a −3.5 µas lensing offset and a 15.6-year jet precession period.Data from upcoming XRISM (2025), LISA (2026), ngEHT (2027), and Hyper-K (2028) testswill be commercialized for validation.
