Theory of the Locally Relative Expansion Unit (LRAE)
This paper introduces the Theory of the Locally Relative Expansion Unit (LRAE), which postulates that the cosmic expansion is not only a large-scale phenomenon but also manifests locally within the spacetime structure of physical systems. A scalar field ϵ(xμ)\epsilon(x^\mu)ϵ(xμ) is introduced to quantify local expansion influence based on energy density, gravitational potential, the cosmological scale factor, and the spacetime metric. The theory is mathematically formulated via a field equation coupled to energy-momentum distribution and includes a conceptual thought experiment for potential measurability. This version is self-published for archival and discussion purposes. Authored by Andreas Jung, 2025.
