This physical education is endowed with academic, social, scientific and philosophical foundation or meeting by the efforts and long experience of the scholars in different countries. For the overall development of an individual or athlete, for physical development, for the self-development of an individual or for the benefit of his caste and nation, the efforts made by physical education are invaluable for the disciplined building of the nation. Since time immemorial, human beings have used physical education i.e. sports to make their lives successful. There is evidence that in earlier times humans acquired the art of hunting for subsistence, the strength required for self-defense and other important physical activities through sports and physical education.
