Record Management System in PHP

This paper presents the design and implementation of a Record Management System (RMS) developed usingPHP, aimed at automating the storage, management, and retrieval of various types of records within anorganization. The system offers a web-based interface that allows users to securely store, retrieve, update, anddelete records. It includes features such as search functionality, data validation, user authentication, and accesscontrol. By leveraging PHP and MySQL, this system is scalable, easy to maintain, and suitable fororganizations of various sizes. The paper discusses the system's architecture, its core functionalities, andevaluates its performance based on user feedback and testing results.
