Open Source Spatial Reactomics (OSSpRe) Workflow for Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry (TIMS) Coupled with High Resolution Mass Spectrometry Imaging
High resolution mass spectrometry imaging lipidomics RAW data of mouse pancreas were collected using the Bruker timsTOF fleX with MALDI and TIMS at a 10 μm spatial resolution. Data was collected in positive mode utilizing a 300 to 1300 m/z window and a 1/K0 from 0.5 to 1.6 V-s/cm2. Additional instrument parameters included a ramp time of 100 ms, an accumulation time of 100 ms, a 100% duty cycle, and a ramp rate of 9.08 Hz.
