ISOLATION AND DETERMINATION OF THE NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCE OF THE DREB2A GENE FROM THE PLANT HALOCNEMUM STROBILACEUM (Pall.) Bieb. M.
The DREB2A gene protein is responsible for resistance to drought and high-temperature stress, and is one of the transcription factors. The DREB2A gene activates genes that are expressed under drought and high-temperature stress conditions. In order to study the natural essence of this molecular biological process, the DREB2A gene, consisting of 1231 nucleotide pairs, was isolated from the genome of the Halocnemum strobilaceum (Pall.) Bieb. M. plant and analyzed using the bioinformatics method.
