Photon, Wow Signal, and the CMB – USP Field Theory Unified Expansion v1.1

This document unifies key concepts within the USP Field Theory framework to explain three major cosmic phenomena: the redshift and decay of photons, the mystery of the Wow! Signal, and the uniformity of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB). It introduces a spin-based ripple model of photons, proposes a new hypothesis for signal resonance delays, and explores how black hole evolution, such as TON 618, may relate to future cosmic expansion. The famous "lantern in a desert" analogy is also used to visualize why the CMB appears isotropic from any vantage point. Includes a mathematical model for black hole-to-galaxy hydrogen release potential.
