Phase Lattice ๐(๐ข) from Riemann Zeros: Controlling Optical Paths via Internal Light Speed Modulation
We numerically verify a model in which the geometric phase sourced by thenontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function modulates an internal effective lightspeed ceff , while the Structural Conservation/Information (SCI) framework translatessuch speed modulation into an internal time dilation. We extend this analysis witha Riemann Fingerprint Evidence Matrix, which quantifies multi-axis structuralsimilarity, residual correlations, and spectral coherence against controls. The resultssupport the thesis that geometric phase tunes local speed; SCI maps speed tuninginto internal-time stretching, and that the Riemann spectrum carries a statisticallyunique โfingerprintโ.
