THE ROLE OF LIFESTYLE FACTORS IN ACADEMIC SUCCESS: BEHAVIOURAL AND HEALTH DETERMINANTS
This study investigates the complex relationships between lifestyle factors and academic performance among physical education students, addressing a notable deficiency in the understanding of holistic student development. The research objectives were to meticulously analyse the correlations between lifestyle factors (sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress management) and academic performance, evaluate the unique intersection of theoretical comprehension and individual health behaviours, and develop evidence-based recommendations for student support programs.
