Public Procurement: The role of public procurement in the strategy for resilient food and farming systems in the North of England

Six highly intertwined action areas have been identified to enable the transition to a resilient food system in the North of England. Public food procurement has been identified as one of these action areas alongside Workforce, Agroecology, Genetic Diversity, Processing/Distribution/Logistics and Land Access. This report examines the role public procurement in more detail.
