HYGIENIC ANALYSIS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN SCHOOLS IN HOT CLIMATES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract. The study was conducted in 13 classes in a school located in a hot climate. 4 of them are primary (grades 1–4), 7 are secondary (grades 5–9), and 2 are senior (grades 10–11). The educational process is organized based on the daily and weekly regulations of the Department of Public Education, as well as SanR and N №0341-16 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the organization of educational conditions in general education schools" and 0375-2020 "Temporary sanitary and epidemiological requirements for general secondary schools and specialized boarding schools of the Republic of Uzbekistan during the COVID-19 pandemic." However, the shift schedule andstructure of breaks in the educational process of primary, secondary, and senior grades at the school do not comply with hygienic standards. In primary grades, complex subjects are taught on Thursdays and Fridays, while in middle grades (5–6–7) lessons are taught on Mondays and Saturdays, and the ineffective use of time allocated for homework leads to excessive fatigue among students. These situations negatively affect the effectiveness of the learning process.
