Fresh Eyes on CMIP proposal

Proposal submitted to the CMIP Panel on 6th April 2023 for a new Early Career Resarchers working group titled 'Fresh Eyes on CMIP'. The proposal was approved, and the Fresh Eyes on CMIP group was launched during the European Geophyiscal Union's (EGU) Annual Meeting in 2023 (EGU23). The Fresh Eyes on CMIP group was an suggested by Beth Dingley (Science & Communications Officer, CMIP International Project Office), however the name Fresh Eyes on CMIP was first coined by Chloe Mackallah (CSIRO, CMIP Data Request Task Team co-lead) as a subgroup of the Data Request Task Team.
