In order to perfectly organize the educational process in the school, it is emphasized to establish new approaches and methods of management based on the principles of modern management and the organization of a system. Eastern thinkers also reflected on the specific features of leadership. In particular, the great philosopher Abu Nasr Farobi, who lived in the 9th-10th centuries, reflected on the specific aspects of leadership in his work “The City of Virtuous People”, and “discussed the establishment of justice in society, the ways of governing the city and the state, what a city governor should be, the qualities necessary for a leader, and admitted that the most important thing for a leader is wisdom.”
