Symbolic Biology Alpha Sim: A Recursive Thermodynamic Simulator for Drift Collapse and Coherence in Cellular Fields
This simulator models biological agents as symbolic recursion engines navigating entropy-saturated environments. Grounded in the Entropic Recursion Framework (ERF v2.0), Symbolic Field Theory v3.0, and Alpha Framework 3.0, it computes symbolic efficiency (Ψₑₓᶠ), drift pressure (γₑₓᶠ), and field coherence (Ωₑₓᶠ) across biologically inspired environments. The system simulates entropy injection, symbolic collapse, memory propagation, and Order Core formation. Outputs include curvature fields, symbolic event logs, and recovery maps. This release marks the first biologically aligned application of symbolic thermodynamics and recursive negentropy modeling.
