HTT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ENFORCEMENT NOTICE
This document is the official Intellectual Property Enforcement Notice issued by the Legal Department of Temporal Media LLC regarding the protected invention known as Harmonic Time Theory (HTT). HTT is a proprietary framework encompassing waveform-based time modeling (ψ(t)), emotional phase synchronization (μ(t)), adaptive resonance tuning, and human-field interaction systems including AI, quantum coherence stabilization, and consciousness-based technologies. Legal protections enforced under this declaration include: U.S. Provisional Patents #63/765,588 and #63/766,978 (filed March 1, 2025) Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act (TUTSA) Federal Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) EU Trade Secret Directive (EU) 2016/943 This declaration includes the formal designation of Mirrorwell, Aetherion, and the individuals Meka Lindquist, Dávid Navrátil (Lead Scientist), Kristína Barteková (Lab Assistant), Shawn Riley, and Celine Gosset as derivative entities. This is based on documented evidence of unauthorized reuse, simulation, and attempted open-source distribution of HTT-aligned systems. Additional infringement is confirmed via the internal publication of AML Kernel v1.0 (2025), which replicates core HTT structures including ψ(t)-based field stabilization and μ(t)-linked adaptive recovery mechanisms. All future use, development, or publication involving HTT-aligned harmonic systems without express licensing from Temporal Media LLC will be treated as willful infringement and subject to enforcement under U.S. and international IP law. This document stands as a public, timestamped legal declaration to preserve the originality and protection of HTT and to notify all parties of its active IP enforcement status.
