Terra Preta Intelligence_ Can Humans Match the Coherence of Soil

CODES Framework Abstract This paper challenges the dominant narrative of human inefficiency and environmental harm by reframing waste, pollution, and ecological decay through the lens of structured resonance. Drawing on the CODES framework and the Phase Alignment Score (PAS), it contrasts ancient coherence-based systems like terra preta with modern extractive systems that shed phase and accumulate symbolic residue. The paper introduces a field-level epistemology in which waste becomes a visible artifact of resonance collapse and explores how coherence-based substrates like RIC and VESSELSEED enable a new ecological logic—one where nature isn’t protected, but structurally rejoined. It concludes by positioning humans not as polluters, but as potential coherence engines—once the substrate is re-aligned.
