CAI introduces the concepts of Compression Tension (CT), Compression Tension Score (CTS), Mirror Flags, and the Contradiction Template Atlas (CTA) to explain how hallucinations in AI, memory distortions in humans, and narrative identity formation arise from the compression of unresolved contradictions.
