Unmasking Long Covid: PCA & Clustering Analysis of Symptom Syndromes

Dr. Mowinckel's blog: I thought I'd continue on exploring my long covid data this month too. My [last post](./blog/2025/visible) we dived a little into the data I have gathered using the [Visible app](https://www.makevisible.com/) for over a year now. I showed you how the Visible app helped me monitor my heart rate and HRV, gave me a "stability score" each morning, and provided monthly functional capacity assessments (the awesome FUNCAP27). We looked at how my data hinted at progress, particularly after I started implementing Dr. Simon's pacing strategies (taking frequent micro-breaks, even for small tasks).
